How fast will my Velvet Vessel culinary items arrive? We offer three secure, fully insured shipping speeds across the United States to ensure your kitchen upgrades arrive exactly on schedule:

  • Express Shipping: $20 (3-6 business days) – Highly recommended if you need that beautiful cookware set ready for a weekend gathering or a holiday housewarming gift!

  • Standard Shipping: $10 (7-14 business days)

  • Free Standard Shipping: $0 (7-14 business days) – Automatically applied to qualifying orders at checkout.

When will my order ship? Because premium homeware requires careful handling, every item undergoes a strict final craftsmanship and safety inspection within 1-2 business days before leaving our warehouse. You will receive an automated email confirmation with a tracking number the moment your package is in transit.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses? Due to the oversized dimensions and premium packaging of our culinary vessels, we primarily ship to valid residential and business addresses within the United States. We cannot ship our larger cookware sets to P.O. Boxes.

What is your return policy? We want you to be completely enchanted by your kitchen investments. If a product doesn’t perfectly align with your home’s aesthetic, we happily accept returns of unused, unwashed items in their original, completely undamaged packaging and boxes within 30 days of delivery.
